How to Use FlexBeam to Sleep Better

FlexBeam may help you improve your sleeping pattern and your sleep quality. Use FlexBeam once daily before sleep for five consecutive days, followed by a two-day break. Repeat for three weeks.
After this period, you may continue with the same pattern or use FlexBeam every other day until you are satisfied with the results. The cumulative benefits of regular use contribute significantly to the effectiveness of this protocol.
The best time to use this protocol is before sleep. However, if you feel more energized instead of relaxed after using FlexBeam, consider shifting your session to the morning.
