About Recharge Health
Developed in Norway. Built for the World.
Recharge Health is a Norwegian health technology company founded in 2019 with a simple belief: the future of healthcare is empowering people to take better care of themselves.
From our headquarters in Oslo, we develop premium recovery technology that combines scientific research, thoughtful engineering, and intuitive design to help people move better, recover faster, and live healthier lives.
Our first product, FlexBeam, has become one of the world's leading wearable red and near-infrared light therapy devices, trusted by thousands of users in more than 100 countries.
The Norwegian Way
Norway has long been shaped by nature, movement and resilience.
Living close to nature teaches an important lesson: recovery is just as important as performance. Whether you're an elite athlete, a weekend skier or simply trying to stay active throughout life, taking care of your body isn't a luxury, it's a necessity.
That philosophy is reflected in everything we build, from thoughtful engineering and premium quality to an uncompromising focus on trust and long-term health.
We don't believe in shortcuts or miracle solutions. We believe in science, consistency and helping people build healthier habits that last.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple:
To develop technology that helps people unlock their body's natural ability to recover, heal and perform at its best.
We believe the future of health is increasingly personal, preventative and technology-enabled.
By combining wearable light therapy, software, personalized guidance and data, we're building tools that make advanced health technology accessible outside the clinic.
Meet the Team
Recharge Health is built by a multidisciplinary team spanning medicine, engineering, product development, software, design and commercial growth.
