How to Use FlexBeam on Neck
If you haven’t already, read FlexBeam Applications and Usage and How to Use Your FlexBeam before proceeding.
To support issues with your neck that may have been bothering you for less than 30 days, use Session A. This session is also designed to help prepare your neck for exercise or other demanding activities.
When your neck issues last for more than 30 days, they are chronic or ongoing issues. You will support these issues best by using Session B.
If you are wondering for how long you should be using FlexBeam, check the general guidelines for all Specific Applications.
Session A for Neck
You can apply your FlexBeam on your neck muscles by using Program DUAL (2) on both the left and right sides of your neck for 10 minutes. Do this every day.

Session B for Neck
For Session B, add another application of your FlexBeam, in addition to the two applications on the neck muscles. The third application is on the upper back. Session B should be done every other day.
