How to Use FlexBeam to Boost Your Immunity

You will be using two types of sessions interchangeably. One day, you should use Session A, and the next day, you should use Session B.

That means your session timetable should look something like this:

Continue with alternating sessions for 3 weeks and then stop using it for a couple of days before resuming.

Session A for Immunity Boost

For Session A, use the FlexBeam program DUAL (2) and place FlexBeam across your stomach vertically for 10 minutes.

After that, place your FlexBeam horizontally across your abdomen for 10 minutes. Your session will last a total of 20 minutes.
