Competition Terms
1. General
The competition is organized by Recharge Health AS (hereinafter “Recharge Health”). By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
This is a purchase-based competition and applies only to new orders from December 12 and onward. Anyone who purchases a FlexBeam between December 12 and December 31 will automatically be entered. Employees and close family members of employees at Recharge Health AS are not eligible. Participants must be at least 18 years old.
3. How to Enter
Entry is automatic upon purchase of one or more FlexBeam devices by 11:59 PM on December 31.
4. Prize
One lucky winner will receive a trip for two, accompanied by a Recharge Health representative, to watch Aleksander Aamodt Kilde compete in the Super-G in Bormio from February 10–12, 2026. The prize includes:
- Round-trip flights to Milan (Malpensa)
- Accommodation in Stelvio (2 nights, including breakfast)
- Tickets to the Super-G event where Kilde competes
- Local transportation in Italy
Other expenses during the trip, including meals, must be covered by the winner.
The total value of the prize is approximately NOK 40,000.
5. Drawing and Contact
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and announced by Tuesday, January 6. The winner will be contacted via phone and email.
6. Use of the Prize
The winner must be available to travel between February 10–12, 2026.
The trip cannot be changed, sold, or transferred to another person.
7. Documentation of the Trip
Recharge Health may document the trip with photos and videos and will ask the winner for consent. These materials may be shared on Recharge Health’s own channels.
8. Disqualification
Recharge Health reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate the rules, cheat, or provide false information.
9. Limitation of Liability
Recharge Health is not responsible for force majeure or other unforeseen events that make it impossible to carry out the competition or deliver the prize.
10. Miscellaneous
Recharge Health reserves the right to modify these terms if required for legal or technical reasons. Recharge Health will cover any fees or taxes related to the prize. Any personal tax or social security obligations are the responsibility of the winner.
