Return Policy

All our products include a sixty (60) day money-back guarantee for a full refund if you’re not satisfied, for any reason. Simply use the company provided return shipping label to return the complete product in like new condition, with all accessories, to receive your full refund. After 60 days, Recharge assumes that you received the purchase and that you’re satisfied with the Product and its accessories. Only claims related to the 5-year warranty will be processed after 60 days.

Pack the FlexBeam in the original box with all the accessories included (Charger with 4 plugs, travel Bag, goggles, velcro straps, and guide book). If the original packaging is unavailable, be sure to pack it safely in a box slightly larger than the device.

Take your package, with the label attached to your box, as instructed, to any location of The UPS Store®, UPS Access Point(TM) location, UPS Drop Box, UPS Customer Center, Staples® or Authorized Shipping Outlet near you. We kindly request that you ensure the courier provides you with a receipt when you hand over the package. This receipt will serve as proof of drop-off in case there are any issues with the tracking information later on.

During the first 60 days after the purchase date, the company will cover all shipping costs. After 60 days from the purchase date, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

How are my refunds credited?

All refunds will be credited to the purchaser’s original form of payment. If you ordered by credit card, we’ll credit your account within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned product. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return.
